What is the response time for complaints?
All complaints are reviewed within 1–2 business days. A resolution timeline will be shared with you depending on the nature and urgency of the issue. We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve matters swiftly and professionally.
How do you provide project support?
Support is available via WhatsApp and email during our business hours. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to manage your queries during the active project phase and the 15-day post-launch maintenance period.
What is your official support timing?
Our support team is available during Arez Tech's official working hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT).
We do not offer support on weekends or national holidays, unless a separate SLA or support contract is in place.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Emergency support is available only for active clients under a dedicated maintenance or support agreement. This must be arranged in advance and will include additional charges depending on the scope of the issue.
What if I face an issue after the 15-day maintenance period?
Any issue reported after the initial 15-day support window is outside our free maintenance scope. However, we can provide a separate quote for one-time fixes or offer you a monthly/quarterly support plan based on your needs.
Can I track my complaint or ticket?
Yes. Each formal complaint or support request is logged in our internal system. You can request a case ID for reference and our team will keep you updated on its status through email or WhatsApp.
How do you ensure complaints are resolved fairly?
All complaints are handled by our internal quality assurance and project management teams. We ensure that each concern is investigated objectively and resolved in line with the signed agreement and project documentation.
Can I speak directly to someone for escalations?
Yes. If your issue is not resolved within the communicated time, you can request escalation to our Operations Head. Please mention your project name, complaint ID, and timeline when requesting an escalation.

Yes. Once the project is complete and payment is settled, you own the final renders, videos, and exported assets. Source files can also be included on request.
How do you handle payments?
All payments are made to our official, legally registered business bank account. We follow a milestone-based billing system with each phase clearly defined. You will receive proper invoices and payment receipts for every transaction.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We follow a strict no-refund policy once development has started or after project approval. Our team commits time, strategy, and resources to your project—hence, payments are non-refundable, as also stated in our terms and conditions.
How are the payments structured?
We divide the total project cost into clearly outlined milestones. Each milestone corresponds to a specific phase of your project (e.g., Design Approval, Development Completion, Final Handover). You'll be invoiced accordingly and given a due date for each stage.
Will I receive receipts or proof of payment?
Yes. After each milestone payment, you will receive a digitally signed invoice along with a receipt for your records. This ensures complete transparency and serves as official documentation.
When does billing start?
Billing begins after we receive two things: your formal Purchase Order (PO) and your initial milestone payment (advance). Work officially starts only after these are confirmed.
What happens if I delay a payment?
Any delay in milestone payments may result in a temporary pause in project progress. We maintain clear communication and offer reminders, but consistent delays could affect the overall project timeline.
Do you provide any financial agreements or contracts?
Yes. Every project includes a formal agreement outlining scope, timelines, and payment structure. This ensures legal clarity and protects both parties. It also reflects our commitment to ethical and structured collaboration.
Are international payments accepted?
Absolutely. We work with international clients globally and accept bank wire transfers from various countries. All international payments must be made in USD (or agreed currency) to our registered account, and any transfer fees must be covered by the client.
What if I need changes after the project is live?
Once the project is live, any major content updates, design revamps, or new features will require a new service agreement and separate invoice. We do not include post-launch updates in the original billing unless a maintenance contract is signed.
When do I gain ownership of the project?
Ownership of all final files, assets, admin access, and databases is transferred only after 100% payment is cleared. Until then, assets are considered the intellectual property of Arez Tech.
How are revisions billed?
Your project includes up to 3 design and layout revisions. Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately and must be approved by the client before implementation.
What does the invoice include?
Each invoice includes detailed breakdowns: milestone name, service description, due date, bank details, and applicable tax ID numbers. It's crafted to help you maintain organized financial records for your business.
