We got rejected, failed fast, and hit rock bottom more than once. But like an injured lion, we came back louder, sharper, and ready.
It all started with one person — a curious schoolmate who began working as a solo freelancer. He stepped into web development and design, juggling real client projects while teaching himself the craft. Along the way, he learned from institutions, completed various courses, and stayed committed to continuous learning. There were a few setbacks, but each one added fuel to his journey. With a strong sense of discipline and a genuine passion for growth, these early challenges turned into achievements — laying the foundation for something bigger.
After years apart, the founder and co-founder — both school friends — reconnected. That reunion sparked something powerful. For the next year and a half, we worked side by side on projects with various companies, blending our strengths as developers, creatives, and dreamers.
Later that year, another schoolmate — also a developer — joined the team. With that, our trio was complete. We started thinking bigger: what if this wasn’t just a group? What if it was a company?
In January, we officially began planning the launch of Arez Tech. We met mentors, explored markets, attended conferences, and soaked up every insight we could. Our goal was clear: build something real, build something that lasts.
From registering the company and creating our brand identity to setting up our operations and designing our website — we handled it all ourselves. Long nights, endless to-do lists, and a fire that wouldn’t burn out kept us moving. Originally, we aimed to launch in June but chose to delay for perfection.
With everything in place, we launched Arez Tech with a core team of six — covering development, design, administration, sales, CRM, and leadership. It was a fully bootstrapped, purpose-driven start — built from the ground up, with heart, grit, and an unwavering mission to empower startups and bring digital visions to life.
Right after launch, it felt like stepping into a different world. The ground reality hit hard — getting clients, building trust, handling rejections, and managing operations was nothing like we imagined. It was a shock. But with clear eyes, collaboration, and bold decisions, we faced every challenge head-on. We learned, adapted, and kept going — with heart, unity, and an unshaken will to grow.
Now, mid-2025, Arez Tech stands strong. We've successfully worked with 100+ clients, grown into a team of 18+ skilled professionals, and expanded into the UK market. We're actively delivering digital solutions to clients across borders — and the feedback speaks for itself. This chapter marks progress, but we’re still writing the story — driven by passion, results, and long nights turned into proud mornings.
